Pleaseeee tell me this is the start of AF

I’m 7 days late. I’m so sick of waiting around and getting negative tests and just wondering and ready to start a fresh new cycle. Please tell me this is the start of my period. ( I’ve never seen this before my period. I just start bleeding immediately)
