endometriosis?

I think I have it. (my aunt on my dad's side had it & had to have a hysterectomy) & my gma on my mom's side also same thing. my aunt had 2 kids, my gma had 3. I have 4. now 5 months after my 4th baby I've been having all of the symptoms for it & now painful intercourse is added to the list. it hurts on the inside. & even after sex it still hurts. a few days ago it hurt to even walk but that was during ovulation. do i HAVE to make a Dr appt or will it go away on its own? I'm terrified of surgery & I don't want to hear those words so I'm scared of that being end results.
