Pimples

So I’ll get pimples on my face or arms and my legs here and there and I find they go away quicker if I poke them with a needle and put cream on them. And who doesn’t want there ance to go away quicker. But my question is; I will use the same needle to poke a pimple on my face and then use the same needle to poke one on my leg or arm. Can I get any kind of infection or anything from this???? If so, what kind of infection?
