Boyfriend doesn’t trust me!! Why???

I’ve been with my boyfriend for a year and a half and I’ve never cheated on him. I never even gave him a reason to believe. He still has some issues with me and it’s very annoying. If he’s away from me for 2-4 days. When he comes back he always asks me weird questions like why did I shave or if I do something or say something out of the ordinary, he automatically assumes I had someone in my place or I went to go cheat on him. The second issue I have with him are that he doesn’t like me to go out and party with my FRIENDS. He always says “ oh your gonna turn this into a habit and go out with your friends all the time” or

Why do you gotta go out to the club or lounge with your friends why can’t you do something else like bowling. And then he goes onto this long rant like I never wanna do anything with him. And how I don’t wanna build anything with him. We go out at least once or twice alone with out the 3 children except our 4 month old. We went out to eat on Mother’s Day. He said that doesn’t count because we had our youngest child with us. Listen if I could take my baby to a lounge at night I would. But mama has to get some alone time too. He also asks me how am I gonna go spend $ going out when we’re supposed to be building our future together? This sounds crazy right? Well he always brings this stuff up when I tell him I’m going out with my girlfriends. He thinks that because I’m a mom I don’t get to go out much anymore and that my priorities are messed up. The last time I had some personal me time was in March and even then. I didn’t have as much freely fun because he was watching ouR now 4 month old at the Time. I love him and he loved me and no he isn’t cheating. I honestly don’t know why he still isn’t cool with me having a night life like I had before I met him. I don’t want to break up with him but this is exhausting because he does this every time I want to go out.
