Discharge *please help*

So I have really heavy discharge and I was wondering if anyone know ways to help reduce the amount? When I was on birth control there was very little and it was easy to deal with but now there is so much and it just makes me feel disgusting. My boyfriend says it's okay but I just feel like its a turn off. I go to the obgyn at the end of next month to get back on bc but any tips until then? thanks in advance
