Nipple stimulation seems to work!

Hey ladies! I just wanted to let everyone know that I think I have finally found something that seems to work in bringing on contractions! I have tried EVERYTHING from egg plant, fresh pineapple, walking, the bouncy ball..really starting to become defeated. But tonight I did some research and decided to stimulate my nipples w my pump n I have been at it for about 30 mins now. About 5 mins on each breast and it's causing mild contractions... Seems to be working if you ask me. I will continue and let everyone know how it goes over the next week. Hopefully it helps with dilating as well! I will know more Monday when I am checked at the doctor. 💜💜💜💜  (my doc says nipple stimulation will not hurt anything) Best of luck mommas! Make sure u ask your doc first before trying!
