Period 4 days late, negative test yesterday, and in pain ;(

My pubic bone feels like it got punched & it feels bruised, but there’s no bruise.

In my lower abdomen I feel little needle stabs.

In my actual vagina I feel needle stabs as well.

Yesterday, I had spotting that I thought was my period but it stopped after literally 5 minutes and I have had nothing since.

It’s not my period 100% I already know, but what could this be? Could I be pregnant or what?

Did anyone get these symptoms in early pregnancy? I’d be 4 weeks if I am pregnant.
