I’m trying to lose access fat on my thighs , legs, arm and enhance my curves. I’m not naturally a skinny model type girl , I have curves but I want to start being healthy. I gained a lot of weight living on campus and eating the cafeteria food. Now it’s summer and I’m back home. I want to start over.., I need help on beginner’s diet plans and workout plans. Routines would be helpful...!!!
