Mucus plug (TMI description)

I lost a big jelly green like slime in the bathroom. I am completely nervous that it’s mucus plug. I read some scary stories where people lost mucus plug early and ended up going into labor. I am 28 weeks so I want to see my baby soon— just not to soon.

I have no cramping, I’ve been under a lot of stress though so I’m afraid it’s triggering something.

I brought up a potential loss of mucus plug before and my doctor didn’t seem nervous.
