5 weeks Hcg levels? Retroverted Uterus? 6 weeks 119 HR? Uterus slightly heterogeneous??????

i dont understand Hgc and whats considered too low or too high. i have a chart and my results. This test was taken when i was exactly 5 weeks.. i am 9 weeks +3 now and wont see a doctor till May 30,2018 which is approximately 1 month after I was last seen. This is my very first pregnancy and have had no symptoms. I mean NO symptoms. Im not using the bathroom to pee all the time because i have a retroverted uterus so my uterus isnt against my bladder at the time. I have a doppler and still cant find a Hb (because of the retroverted uterus i suppose). All this was never informed to me my hospital has the option to log into your medical records and thats how i know exactly what my hgc was at 12,778 at 5 weeks and that my uterus is retroverted also baby had a hr of 119 at 6 weeks.Also in my medical record i read som

HCG numbers are not important, unless they are monitored every 48 hours. Your number at 5 weeks looked great though. In the case of unviable pregnancies, the HCG levels don’t usually go that high, so I think you’re pregnancy is progressing nicely. The heartbeat at 6 weeks was good too. Congratulations and try not to worry too much. I didn’t have many symptoms until the end of my 6th week when my all-day nausea started. I’m 20 weeks now and so far I’ve had many days when I didn’t feel pregnant at all. Every woman is different, and the lack of symptoms does not mean the pregnancy isn’t going well.

The HCG level is usually checked twice in the span of 2-3 days. They aren’t looking for a specific number, rather they want to see that the first number doubles in 2-3 days. Since you only had it drawn 1x, I wouldn’t worry about it- especially since you see the doc again on the 30th. 
I didn’t have a lot of symptoms at 5 weeks. Closer to 6-8weeks I was exhausted but that was really my only noticeable symptom. I’m 23w4d and having a great pregnancy- never had any morning sickness and baby boy is happy and healthy. 
As hard as it is, try your best to trust in your body to know what to do, trust in your baby that they are growing healthy and happy, and (if you believe in a higher power) trust in your higher power to keep you safe and healthy!
