Advice after MC

Hi guys - need some advice.

I had a MC at 6 weeks in March. AF came 6 weeks after that. I normally have a 30-31 day cycle. My dr told me to wait 1 cycle before trying again so we did. I ovulated on 4/30. I took a few HPTs at 12dpo, 14dpo and 16dpo - all BFN. AF was supposed to arrive between 14dpo-16dpo. But nothing. This is very unusual as I’m never late.

Now I’m 20dpo and almost a week late (CD36). I’ve been getting cramps and thinking maybe I’m getting my period but they only last 5-10 min. Yesterday at 19dpo, I had a good amount of EWCM.

Is this normal for my cycle to be out of whack after a MC? I don’t want to test again and set myself up for disappointment.
