Safe pool temperature for pregnancy?

I am taking my one year old daughter to swim classes and I know the pool is heated to 90 degrees. I am also pregnant and i know you aren’t supposed to be in very warm water whilst pregnant. Is 90 degrees too warm for a half hour lesson with my daughter every week?

That's still cooler than your natural body temperature. You're perfectly safe

That temp is fine.  It is lower than your body temp.  If it was significantly higher than your body temp, then you would want to avoid it.

You'll be fine. The rule is that you shouldn't raise your natural body temperature over 101.4. If you're under the sun and start to feel too hot, get out and take a break in the shade to cool down. Also make sure you drink plenty of water. You should be perfectly fine though.

that's a cold "bath" lol. you can take a bath however you want but when you notice you're getting warm. just hope our for a few mins and then return
