CONSTANT BLOATING 😩
Hey ladies. Lately I’ve been noticing I’m constantly bloated 🤦♀️ I’m currently on my period and every single time I eat I feel like I look five months pregnant. I’ve recently been stressed with finals and I have a big advanced placement history test last week which had me extremely stressed also my personal life state is one big stress ball too. I’ve been eating right, I watch how fast I eat, I’m constantly active and I drink a shit ton of water. I just have no clue why I’m bloating so much. Advice, tips or experiences are appreciate. 💓
