Should I be mad?

The story is I got drunk but my boyfriend doesn't drink so he was 100% clear. Anyway while I was drunk I climbed on top of him and we did our thing. The next few days I could remember only pieces so I asked him like hey did we use a condom or what happened because I'm not currently on birth control and I'm literally in the middle of my most fertile time. After avoiding my questions for a while he admitted that he chose not to pull out even knowing the risks of it. I know it takes 2 to tango but should I be mad because he was clear headed and I was drunk? I almost feel like he should have shown more responsibility because I trust him and he knew I was fucked up.
