I have been diagnosed since I was 12 with PCOS. The doctors put me on bc right then and there and I didn’t get off until I was about 20. Periods and fertility has been an issue for while a while now and we have even suffered one miscarriage last January. This time around TTC my husband and I gave up on our two week wait and tracking everything and BAM! All of the sudden I have strange cramps, discolored nipples, and nausea. I took these on the day of my missed period and they turned positive instantly! I was so shocked at how strong the lines were my husband ran out and bought more! So yes it is possible with pcos!
