The lawsuit is ridiculous. It's just modern day ambulance chasers. I'm an ER RN and give it all the time to pregnant women. If there was truly a problem then we'd stop giving it in the medical field. Zofran is THE best medication for its intended purpose I've ever seen. My wife has used it during her pregnancy and so far everything looks just fine. 

I know several women who have taken it and all have healthy kids. In my opinion it's a lawyer trying to make some money.

I did and my son turned out fine

I wouldn't take them. Just this morning I saw a commercial about a law suit regarding pregnant ladies that took Zofran. 

Pregnancy category B. (B:  May be acceptable. Either animal studies show no risk but human studies not available or animal studies showed minor risks and human studies done and showed no risk.)

I'm on them twice daily. There is no evidence with that stupid lawsuit that went on. And if you have severe 24/7 nausea or vomiting than it is safer for you and Bub to take Zofran than to not. I have HG and if I don't take it, then I can't eat or drink even a little and that puts both myself and Bub at risk. I'm in a group on Facebook and a lot of women have had Zofran when pregnant and all of their babies have been fine! 

I used it and it didn't work for me! I was sick for weeks

A friend of mine took it while pregnant and her daughter was born with only one kidney I can't say if it was due to the pills but the open law suit you'll see floating around Facebook makes it sound like there could be a link....i wouldn't risk it there are other safer pills your Dr can prescribe you and or a lot of natural home remedies you can try too:)

For me, it was better for me to take them than to not. I was losing so much weight from my morning sickness so Zofran helped a lot. I was scared to death to take it though because of some peoples horror stories....But my son was born a healthy 10 pounds :)
