I really need some help...weightloss pointers??
I'm trying to lose between 40-47 pounds quickly but safely. I'm at about 180 and I'm about 5'5. I feel like a blimp and I desperately need and want to be healthy. I've tried a lot and not much works. Do I need to work out everyday or do I need to let my body rest like every other day? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I am trying to have healthier eating habits too. thank you to everyone who comments any good tips!
