Need to get back to being me😥

So for the last 2 years iv been fully dedicated to school and have kinda let my self go, I love exercising but just havn't had the time or energy. Im really hating my self at the minute because of it but I have my final exams coming up in a few weeks so really need to keep focused on them.

So iv just kinda accepted the stress eating until they are over. Does anyone have any good tips for keeping motivated and pulling yourself out of an unhealthy routine? Im aiming to lose about 30lbs before I start the next chapter of my life.
