am i in pre labor.
im haveing cramps like constipation lasting a little less then 1 min and about 8 to 9 mins apart. i did just habe a bowel movement lastnight before bed im 36 weeks. not sure if there contractions or not i have an ob appt tonight so i guess we will find out
