Weight loss 🍑💪🏽
So, I’ve lost 20 pounds. Which I’m very proud of. For me getting up @ 5 am to go workout is easy, working out @ home is easy, going to CrossFit is easy. What’s not easy at all is food. Lately I’ve been noticing that if I eat a bag of chips, or a chocolate bar.. that I feel very guilty. Even though I eat healthy 80% of the time. How do ya’ll deal with it?
