when am I getting measured again?

last time I saw my baby was at my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I'm about to be 27 weeks now and all I get is to hear her heartbeat. when do I start getting regular scans? I'm so anxious!!!

At my doctor if you have a normal pregnancy and aren’t high risk the last ultrasound they do is at 20 weeks. From there on our they just listen to the heartbeat and measure your belly.

You don’t get “regular scans” unless they are concerned something is wrong. You’ll see baby when they are born

If you’re not high risk or having complications, or possibly your baby is breech, your last scan will be at 20 weeks, and from then on you’ll just get your belly measured with a paper ruler and hear the heartbeat and that’s about it. I am sure you could pay out of pocket if you’re that in need of one

You won’t get to see baby unless there is something wrong from this point forward. You can always pay to go to a private place and get a sonogram.

i been having scans alot.  o had one at 6w. 12w. 18w. 20w. 24w. 28w. and i have on this week I'll be 29w .. im not high risk but they just cant get correct measurments of my baby .. my last appointment last thursday my baby tummy was measuring small at 2lbs 3oz ... hopefully her weight will get up

with my last baby I only had two scans that were scheduled, but the doctor was concerned about the size of the baby sitter he did order another one towards the end of the pregnancy cause my boy was so big! so if baby is really small or really big you might have a chance to see you little one again!
