dog acting out late pregnancy

and these last few weeks probably last month my dog has been misbehaving. She is so loving and this is not like her. She poops inside and then today I just found a $10 bill chewed up. Did anyone have issues with their dog near the end of their pregnancy? I just don't understand. I am also puppy sitting my mom's small dog which is probably contributing as well. Is she jealous? Can she sense that I'm going to have a baby? Why is she being like this? I am just about 38 weeks
