Leg Cramps-advice needed please
I awoke today due to an awful leg cramp. I only get it every once in awhile, but I realized i get it when I drive home. It's a three hour drive and it's always my right leg and only from my knee down to the top of my foot. Any recommendations on how to help leg cramps. Advice needed. It's awful waking up wanting to scream and twist from agony. 😔
