Is anyone’s baby measuring a bit bigger than what they are supposed to be at?

Hey mom’s & mommy’s to be! 🙂 I was just wondering if anyone’s baby was measuring a week or so ahead of their actual time? Last appointment, which was Friday I was originally 14 weeks & 6 days but our baby was measuring 16 weeks & 2 days! Is this normal? We also found out it was a BOY! 💙 the baby was covering their little parts with both hands... but luckily the tech was able to make him flip towards us! We literally are SUPER excited to reveal to our families that it’s a little boy, but we are waiting till June 2nd. 🤭

I had a scan at 11+6 but I was measuring 12+4! They did not change my due date though. They said they don't change it unless I'm measuring a couple of weeks ahead or behind!

Yup! I had my NT scan today at 12+ 6 and baby is measuring 13 +6. They said they won’t change my due date and it’s likely just genetics causing baby to grow faster

I was measuring a week ahead but it wasn’t my anatomy scan it was just an elective gender ultrasound but they can also do measurements and most my measurements were larger than what I was

Very normal - size like that really doesn’t mater till 3rd trimester don’t stress over it

Yes!! Everytime measuring further ahead. First was a few days, now a whole week! I won’t be surprised if baby boy is big, I’m 5,’10 and hubby is 6’1. We are tall people!!!
