Birth control and no pull out? Should I stress?

I take Lessina combo pills every day, on time, and have never missed one. I dont take any other type of medications either. I just got off my withdrawal bleed and for the very first time my boyfriend came inside of me yesterday.

I tend to get paranoid about pregnancy. I mean, we've discussed if I did end up getting pregnant we wouldnt have the baby anyway, but I still worry.

Should I be stressing? Do you let your SO cum inside you? I have anxiety so I need help in easing my mind.

Also, I take them at 8pm and one night I had a huuge migraine and threw up the next morning from the headache. I took my pill that night at the same time. Would I still be protected afterwards even after I threw up once? (we didnt have sex this night Im just curious
