Heartbeat?

So I'm from the UK and was wondering when others got to hear their baby's heartbeat? We're currently 13 weeks, we've had two scans and one midwife appointment and we haven't heard it yet. We've seen it on both scans and they've said it's perfectly normal I just can't wait to hear it.

I’ve had my 12wks scan didn’t hear heart beat but seen it, from my experience of my boys pregnancies it was 16wk midwife appointment I heard 1st heartbeat..

I didnt hear it at mine. Gonna ask at the 20week scan in a few weeks. We saw the heartbeat but didn't hear it.

I heard it at my scan at 13 weeks but it was really short, just to get a measure. I do think all hospitals are different. Definitely ask at your next appointment. 💓

I heard the baby’s heartbeat at 7 weeks 5 days at my first ultrasound, then again at my appointment last Thursday. I was 14 weeks, 2 days. The dr. used a Doppler and I had a gender scan, which I heard he heartbeat again.

I have only had 1 scan at 14 weeks and they played me the babies heart beat. Maybe ask your midwife next time you see her xxxx

Hey, I’m 16 and 4 days, I had three scans and two midwife appointments, it was when I was 16 weeks at my second midwife appointment, I got to hear my loves heart beat 😁 hope this helps x
