Post #metoo movement

People are saying guys are hesitant to initiate the first kiss when dating now. Should they ask for permission or should they take control and go in for the kiss? Even though the #metoo movement is about men in power taking advantage of women, they still want clarification. If you’re on a date and you’ve had a great time with the guy, should the guy ask to kiss you at the end of the night? Or would you prefer a guy to take charge. Some women feel it’s a sign of weakness for a guy to ask “Can I kiss you?”
