10/10 would workout againπ― 5 months later, looking and feeling better, plus I didn't just shed fat but also a crappy unhealthy relationship!!! First picture was Dec 29, 2017, second picture was today, May 22, 2018. I haven't weighed myself in a long time but knowing me I probably stayed the same weight but it's more muscle now πͺ I didn't realize how much of a change there was until doing these by side comparisons! I try to make it more about getting stronger/self care/feeling good, but seeing the visible progress doesn't hurt either lol show me your progress!!!
