Becoming trusted and getting known.

I just recently started working with this doctor on launching her new aesthetics department. We both went through laser training together (with Cynosure for anyone wondering). I have gotten certified and I feel very comfortable doing my laser hair removal treatments, which is the area I will be most responsible for, I have practiced on family and friends and even the doctor I was training with (for awhile we practiced on each other) and they all have been very pleased and felt comfortable through my treatments.

I am young but I have went through the process of getting certified and have had plenty of practice to feel comfortable with my machine and technique. How can I bring in my own patients other than family and friends and have them feel comfortable with me handling their treatments?
