5 weeks freaking out!

I'm exactly 5 weeks today. For the past few days I've had a slight pinching feeling on my right side. It's not really near my ovary, but somewhere between that and my belly button. I had an ectopic last year, but had no symptons. I've read that this could be a sign, but once in a while I'm getting it on my left side too. Anyone else have this and could set my mind at ease? I don't have an appt until Wednesday. It's not painful, and it comes and goes.
