Annoying SIL advice please

My SIL keeps saying our baby US pic looks like her. It doesn't. At all. She is always all about herself and all attention on her. She's telling everyone it looks like her. I know it shouldn't bug me since it doesn't, maybe it's hormones ... but what would you say to her? She's text people and made it known on Facebook about this
