Pregnant and bleeding?

Idk if I’m bleeding vaginally or from my urethra, but i just peed and saw some bright red spots and i wipes a bit more and i saw some more. For the last 2 hours or so I’ve had a weird sensation in my vagina, like it was swelling and kind of burning. I’m 7 weeks pregnant. I haven’t shaved recently either and there’s no chance i scratched down there, i also haven’t had sex.

Monday i saw my obgyn, she thought i May have a uti but they sent out a culture and she gave me an antibiotic just Incase, i called today to ask if i had a uti and she said the test from the 16th came back negative ( i went Monday which wasn’t the 16th ) so maybe they hadn’t gotten the results back yet? But she told me not to take it and i also just took the same antibiotic not that long ago. My side is really starting to cramp. It wasn’t heavy bleeding or anything but i haven’t ever had that during my last pregnancy.
