Am I pregnant

Hi! I’m 18 year old, and my period is late so I’m a little scared so I’m getting everyone’s opinion. My boyfriend and I had sex on May 13, around 10:30 pm and there was precum but I gave oral, so it was gone after, and he went inside me without a condom for less than 30 seconds. Then he pulled out put on a condom and we had sex, but not long enough for him to cum. So he didn’t ejaculate at all. The next day at lunch time I took plan b just to be safe, and I still haven’t gotten my period. It’s been 10 days since we last had sex. Should I be worried or concerned? I am also not on birth control. What are the chances of me being pregnant? Also two days ago, I got cramps (where I would normally have cramps if I was on my period) but I didn’t get my period. Does this mean my period is just late? Can someone please help? Thanks :)
