Breast augmentation!

I want to know if anyone has got a breast augmentation here and what kind of implants they went for and why? Under the muscle or over?

P.s I am a mom and breast feeding was amazing but I want to feel good about my boobs again and go for it. I know what Dr I’m going to know. But I want to know from woman what implants they got and why?
