Tips to ease first trimester cramps/belly stretching
Hi everyone, I'm at right at 11 weeks and I'm really feeling the stretching cramps... I'm a runner 🏃♀️and right now, that is getting a little harder but I want to make sure that I am doing what I need to to avoid injury. Are there any stretching techniques or exercises that would help? Any books you may recommend? 📖Thank you in advance 😊😊
