Can someone ease my mind 😩😭

My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage. We went in for our first ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. I had so many symptoms and then bam it was a miscarriage. I am now pregnant again waiting for my first ultrasound appointment next week. I have NO symptoms. Is this a sign that I may be miscarrying again?! 😩😭 please any advice or knowledge would help. I want this baby so bad!!!!
