Nervous

Well we’re at this point if you know marriage me and my husband are going to try to have another child Last year was a very successful I ended up with an Ectopic pregnancy that resulted in this stance about whether we were should try again but two months ago we decided to try again so we have been trying so far no success I am but I have my first fertility appointment since last year coming up in a few days and I’m just hoping that they will give me some good news and will be able to conceive this time around if it doesn’t work invitro is the next step. After losing one fallopian tube I’m a little nervous that we’re not going to be successful
