Possible kidney stones or infection

I’m 21wks and think I might have a kidney stone or infection. My lower back on the right side has a constant dull, throbbing pain. I see a Chiro regularly, so it’s not an alignment issue. I’ve had stones many years ago but haven’t had any issues within recent years or with my other three pregnancies. Going to call my obgyn’s office once they open. Anyone else ever had this? Thoughts/suggestions?
