New tastes
one of the reasons I never became vegetarian before, was that I did not like beans, and I thought they were the only way to get protein without imitation meats. I now know that this isn't true, but I am still working on learning to enjoy them, at least certain varieties. are there any foods you didn't like that you have adapted to after changing to a vegetarian or vegan diet? I'm also not a fan of peanut butter, and still don't eat it much.
