Concerned

So my lil guy is at that stage where he’s crawling and pulling himself up on to things to stand, and he’s constantly everywhere and falling down and bonking himself with toys etc, and his skin reddens really easily. His pediatrician appt is coming up, and I don’t want them to have the idea he’s being abused or something cause he does look a little beat up! What should I do?

(My sweet baby is absolutely NOT abused btw, he is adored and loved to pieces in this house, I do everything in my power to keep him from harm, hes just super independent, at his own expense!)
