losing weight
Ok so i was just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to lose belly fat.. like the ‘muffin top’. I exercise regularly and am quite fit, i eat mainly healthy with the occasional step back.. i know they say abs are made in the kitchen, and i try so hard but i can’t seem to get an actual flat stomach. I know your gunna say to not have so many treats and stuff and that’s what i wanna stop but does anyone have any tips or motivation to help me to stay eating healthy constantly? i’m on holiday in a month and just want to look really really good for it and i’m trying to hard but i’m struggling to stay motivated and eat healthy.. if anyone can help?
