Is he going to break up with me?

Me and this guy we’ve been dating for nearly 7 months. And from the start of this week he’s been acting like a completely didn’t person. Idek who he is tbh. He doesn’t wanna do anything with me. He won’t call me. He won’t tell me that he loves me, which I know he does. He won’t even make an effort to come a hangout with me. But he’ll fucking make an effort to seeing his ex girlfriend 🙃😐 in fact he was going to hide the fact that he’s gonna meet up with her, he’s never lied to me before (that’s what I know of anyways). Now I’m just kind of anxious that he’s gonna break up with me. I don’t want to lose him. I love and care about him too much to let him go. PLEASE give me some advice on how to fix thisss, pleaseeee. I’m begging here 😂😩
