TMI conception question

We have been trying to have a baby for almost a year now. I recently finished my 2nd round of letrozole and had bloodwork done yesterday (ovulation was on 6/27) Since early Wednesday morning, I have had extreme bowl distress/diarrhea. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? I've read on different sites yes and now, just wanting to see if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks
