Depends if you're 4'11" or 5'8"... also, on your build too. Some people have small, medium or large-sized bones. You can google it, usually you measure the bony part of your wrist & see where it falls on the spectrum.

When I was 13 i weighed 22 pounds less than that. I was considered underweight.
