Advice on student loans?
I will be spending about 8 to 12 years in college, pursuing a clinical psychology career, which will mostly all rely on student loans; but I don’t want to finish school and then realize I relied too heavily on student loans to the point I’m hit with far more loans + interest than I could have avoided. Keep in mind, at this point in time, I am an (almost) 18 year old who has no money saved up and parents who will most likely put little to no money towards my education. I will be able to live with them for a while without paying any kind of rent.
Also, I am currently accepted into a school for my first two years, for $3,172 tuition + Books and supplies, etc. Estimated cost of attendance in total is about $9,500, for tuition, books, etc.
