leaking breasts 13 weeks pregnant.

I'm 13 weeks and 1 days and I have started to notice that when I wake up or take my bra up. I have dried up whitish stains on my tops and in my bras right where my nipples sit. I've had a bit of fluid on then the past few days but it seems to be worse and dry up at night time. has anyone else experienced this ? x
