No burn

Okay so I’ve recently started working out again after a really chaotic move.m and the first few workout were all good but then all of a sudden I stopped feeling a burn while I workout. It’s really frustrating and I don’t understand why because i rlly want to see results and ik that my posture is right because ive worked out before and all these moves have worked but for some reason now it stopped and it’s been less than a week as well. Any help or ideas would be appreciated
