Sex/condom broke/period

Does anyone know if I can have sex or anything that sexual activity after taking the plan b (after 72 hours)? Last time I had sex was this week on Tuesday morning and the common broke and it was in me for 3 days til it’s came out yesterday. I been past 3 days and idk when I get my period. Last time it broke the first time that I took the pill and I got my period early in 3 days after taking it but today I’m just freaking out to know when I get it because I’m in pain and idk what going on. And I don’t want to do and I’m just freaking out about things .. idk if I get it early maybe after 5 days or maybe late idek. Idk if it’s good or bad things to have sex now or wait til I get mr period or take a test or whatever idk .. what should I do? And the question I asked first?? Please help.
