Is this normal?

My last appoitment with my ob she said that my baby weighed 3 pounds and 13 ounces as of right now and they say its not enough to be 32 weeks. Not only that when they done the last ultrasound they had to go way down there to get a pic of his head cause he's already head down. Is this normal?

My baby weighed 3lbs at 31 weeks. Your baby sounds fine, maybe on the smaller end of normal. My oldest was born at 4lbs 2oz at nearly 34 weeks and they said she was a great size. I wouldn’t worry. Also, baby being head down is fine and not an indication that they will be early.

At 30 weeks, which was just last Monday, my baby weighed 3 lbs and 12 ounces which they said is on the bigger side! And they said I’m right on target as far as my due date.

Those measurements aren’t 100% accurate.  There’s a large chance for variation one way or another. As long as you are in the healthy range you are fine. If your OB was really concerned they’d let you know. 😘

My little guy was measuring 3lbs10oz at 30 weeks and 4lbs1oz yesterday at 31w2d. and he's head down and low.

My dr doesnt do weights, but my daughter was head down from 20 weeks on, was only 3 days early despite us trying to get her out lol. This guy flips every day or 2 still at 32 weeks 😐

Yes normal! My baby weighed 4 lb 3 ounces at 32 weeks but everyone is different. Also head down is fantastic! Mines been head down since week 26

I just had a growth sonogram at 32 +2 and my baby girl was the exact same weight: 3 lbs, 13oz... I was told that is the 30th percentile, so yes, under the average but not anything to worry about at this time. As long as baby continues to gain weight and size, you are totally fine.

My baby weighed 3lb 4 oz at 28 weeks... and she was already head down then... so head down is pretty normal at that point but not sure about the weight might be under..

I just had my 30 week ultrasound and my baby is measuring at 3lbs 10oz and he’s measuring big so don’t worry. His head was also down but the said they can move around still between now and delivery.

From what my app says at 32 weeks baby should close to 4 pounds and that’s pretty close to four pounds my baby weight 4 pounds 5 ounces and she was measuring a little big
