I'm pretty sure I didnt ovulate when Glow says I did. This is the 1st month I stopped tracking / using OPKs. I normally get my positive around d the 18th or 19th, so I'm assuming it was the same this month.

I've been having hot flashes, my body temperature feels elevated (almost feverish), cramping and back pain (very similar to AF), a few days ago, I had sharp pain in my left side and some spotting (maybe IB?), yesterday, I was very dizzy and nauseous and today is pretty much the same.

Assuming I ovulated when I normally do and not when Glow says I did, when can I test?
